Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve places, please return booking form and payment together.

Bookings are confirmed by email within 7 days of receipt.

Without email acknowledgement you will not have been booked onto the course.

It may not be possible to accommodate a delegate who attends without course confirmation, due to fire and seating restrictions at the venue.

If, on receipt of your booking, that course is full, you will be offered a booking on the next course, usually at that venue.

BACS payment should go through on the date the booking form is sent please. Bookings can only be processed on receipt of payment.

It is essential that the payment reference is the delegate name/s to enable payment and booking forms to be matched.

Update and Administration Course cancellation should be made by email to: booking@eastenglandtraining.co.uk

Cancellations with more than 28 days notice of the course date will incur a £25.00 administration charge.

Refunds are unable to be made for booking cancellation with less than 28 days notice of the course date, or non attendance

Foundation Course cancellation should be made by email to booking@eastenglandtraining.co.uk

Cancellations with more than 28 days notice of the course date will incur a £50.00 administration charge.

Refunds are unable to be made for booking cancellation with less than 28 days notice of the course date, or non attendance

Change of booking / delegate details made with less than 4 weeks notice of the course date will incur a £15.00 administration charge.

Course Cancellation

In the extreme event that your course cannot proceed on the day itself, every effort will be made to contact those who have a confirmed booking via the contact details provided on the booking form. Initially, and as soon as is practically possible, an email would be sent.The venue will be contacted too. In this instance a full course refund will be paid, to the value of the course itself. I am unable to accept responsibility for travel or other costs incurred.

Rarely, courses may need to be cancelled in advance, due to very small numbers. The delegate would be offered the next course date, usually at that venue, or a full refund of the course booking fee.

Replacement or Duplicate Certificates

There is a £15.00 administration fee for each certificate.

This is for the time taken to retrieve the archived booking form and the course delegate signing in sheet, to confirm attendance and your previous certificate number.

A replacement certificate will be sent in a pdf file by email to the delegates email address.

Clarity on Course Quality

All the information you provide on the course Evaluation Form is summarised. A copy of the summary is provided to all speakers involved on your course, and annually to your areas NHSCSP Cervical Screening Manager. The course summaries are also available to the accrediting agent and Screening Quality Assurance Service (SQAS).
